Dreaming Goat Dairy is owned and run by Sarah & Daniel on their farm in Monegeetta. Sarah and Daniel were both born and raised in suburban Melbourne, a mere few streets from each other. After school, they both went on to take up a job in a tall office building in the heart of the city. So, how did they end up as goat farmers?  

In 2012 they took a year off to volunteer on a goat farm, and they both fell in love with those cheeky, intelligent and affectionate creatures. The goat dream was born!

The goats are milked daily to produce a fresh goat curd which is very lightly salted with a delicate and creamy flavour.

This cheese pairs perfectly with tomatoes and basil or smoked salmon. It’s delicious as a spread or dolloped on top of a soup, pasta, or risotto.
