Carboni’s Liqueur is small batch handmade liqueur symbolising the Amalfi coast in the Gulf of Naples.
Fresh and fragrant, this liqueur is made locally by traditional family recipes passed down from Nonna Irene and then infused with hand peeled lemons and oranges from the Mildura region and local chilli.
Traditionally served from the freezer and sipped after meals as a “digestive,” it is often also used in cocktails, aperitifs and in the preparation of desserts and creams.
